Cabrillo Seahawks head coach Kristy Rossinger and the Athletics department are excited to announce the 2020 spring softball schedule. The Seahawks will look to return to the playoffs for the second consecutive year with returning All-American outfielder Lauren Lahood and a new look pitching staff.

Last season the Seahawks went 9-6 in Coast Conference South play and 24-15 overall finishing the regular season ranked No. 9 in RPI in Northern California. Cabrillo struck out 78 times in 1063 plate appearances, the fifth fewest in the CCCAA in 2019.

As a team, the Seahawks hit for a combined .343 batting average and a team .875 OPS (On-Base Percentage plus Slugging). In 39 games they accumulated 253 runs, hit 21 home runs and posted winning records at home (11-5) and on the road (13-8).

Cabrillo struck out 78 times in 1063 plate appearances, the fifth fewest in the CCCAA in 2019.
