Nominate a Seahawk for recognition

This form is used to nominate an athlete/coach/staff or community member for recognition as Athlete of the Week, for induction into the Cabrillo College Athletic Hall of Fame, or to be featured as a prestigious alumnus on our website.

• Athlete of the Week is awarded weekly to an active member of a Cabrillo College athletic team, in or out of season, for outstanding performance on their field of play, in the community, or in the classroom.
• Inductees are chosen by the Hall of Fame committee based on their accomplishments during their time participating in Cabrillo College Athletics, continued athletic success at a four-year institution, and/or professionally as well as their involvement in the community.
• The Alumni tab of our website seeks to celebrate those Seahawks who went on to succeed at higher levels of competition and who have continued to embody what it means to be a Seahawk.
