Michael holds a US Soccer B License and earned a BSc First Class Honors in Applied Football Studies from the University of Salford. Born and raised in Wirral, England. Michael has accumulated 8 years of coaching experience at the elite level in both England and the USA. In 2024, Michael was a pivotal member of the coaching staff for Almaden FC during their inaugural USL 2 season. As an assistant coach, he helped guide the team to win the NorCal conference and advance to the playoffs in their first season.
